Organized by Iran’s Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts and the Touring & Automobile Club of the Islamic Republic of Iran (TACI), the country’s pavilion will be set up at the prestigious event to promote tourism attractions, handicrafts and traditions of Iran.
Live calligraphy and craft workshops, virtual reality film screenings of historical sites and popular tourist locations, Persian cuisine, and special publications and brochures are all on the Iranian pavilion's schedule of events.
Moreover, exhibitors will be pursuing the latest achievements and innovations presented in the tourism industry, collecting and exchanging information, maintaining relationships with current clients and starting relationships with new ones, identifying new tourism markets, and becoming familiar with practical branding patterns to name a few.
The Madrid fair is “the global meeting place for industry professionals and the premier trade show for destinations and destination markets in Latin America,” according to the event’s official website.
It is also the most significant event in Spain related to the tourism industry, with tens of thousands of participants from all over the world.
The event will kick off on January 18, 2023.
